After much work Laura McAtackney and I have just submitted a monograph from the 2009 CHAT Conference at Oxford, focusing on Modern Materials. The book is due for publication in the Historical and Contemporary Archaeology Series through Archaeopress this spring. Attached here is the introductory chapter by Laura and me.

Many thanks to everyone who attended and presented at the CHAT 2011 conference this past weekend. It was a great success and hopefully will the first of many CHAT conferences to take place in the US.
